2. Payment in the online store

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment will be transferred via Visma Pay's online service and visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will be shown as the recipient of the payment by bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Invoice and Company Invoice.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online stores to be paid in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card attached to the wallet. If you fail to charge a payment to a payment card, it is not possible to pay with a MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexibility invoice and part payment is a domestic service with which you make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is intended for individuals who have handled their financial business properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days of interest-free and free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With the installment you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting at 9,90 eur/month. The cost of the flexibility part payment is EUR 3.90 per month and 19.90% credit rate. You can pay for purchases of 30-3000 euros with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy acts as the credit issuer. 3. Delivery

We deliver products within Europe. The delivery method and estimated delivery time are displayed before paying.
We withhold the right to change the delivery method in cases it is not possible to use the delivery method selected by the customer due to the package size or other reason. If we change the delivery method, we will inform the customer about the change via email. In addition to our own warehouse, we may deliver products directly from the factory to the customer.

If we are not able to deliver a product, or it is unduly delayed, Rakennusapteekki will return the payment and the agreement expires.

4. Special conditions for corporate customers

- No right of cancellation.
– 12-month warranty.
- The business customer pays the transport costs of the advertised products themselves.
- Business orders are delivered to the customer's address.
- We charge delivery costs regardless of the size of the order.

Please note that e-commerce purchases always include VAT. If you wish to purchase vat-free as a foreign company, please contact us by email at [email protected].

5. Product returns

When you order products from us as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation. The right of cancellation expires 14 days after receiving the product. If the order includes several deliveries, the deadline starts on the day you receive the last product. after which you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. The cancellation is done by ourselves orders from this page. Please note that you must report the cancellation using the return form 'my orders' through the page, i.e. returning the product or not picking it up is not enough for notification. If you do not report the return according to the instructions above, we will not be able to refund the money. We are happy to help with technical questions.

6. Return shipment

Once you have submitted a cancellation/return notice, you have 14 days to return the physical product to us. If you have purchased multiple products from us, you can also cancel part of your order and return one or more products, even if they have been ordered with the same order. However, this does not apply to combo-products containing several products. Combo-products are treated as a single product. If you want to cancel a product from a combo-product, you must cancel the entire combo- product and return all products that are part of the combo-product.
If you want to send a reclamation related to a product, first send a picture and explanation Rakennusapteekki (this information is entered on the returns page in ‘own orders’).
Pack the product(s) carefully and clearly mark the address information on the package to prevent damage or loss of the product during transport. Use your mobile phone and take a picture of the package before sending it. Ensure that the whole package including the address label is visible in the photograph. Use the same boxes and packaging materials as when the package arrived.
The customer pays for the product return unless it is a product complaint or warranty return approved by Rakennusapteekki.

The right to return a product requires that the product is undamaged and has not been used for any purpose other than that necessary to test the product, its properties and its operation.

The product that is returned, the product packaging and all the accompanying accessories and instructions must be in order. The value of the product decreases and the refund is reduced if the product, accessories, user instructions and printouts or packaging has clear traces of use or if something is missing from the package.

7. Repayment of the purchase amount

If you want to cancel your purchase, you'll get your money back. If the value of the product has decreased, we will deduct it from the refundable amount. We will refund the money no later than 14 days after the date on which we have received the product(s) to be returned. We will refund the payment to the same payment method as the original order has been paid for if possible.

8. Warranty and complaints

When you purchase products from us as a consumer, you will receive a 24-month warranty unless there is a separately agreed warranty period (longer or shorter than 24 months). If your complaint is justified, depending on the situation and product, you can either get the product repaired, replaced, money back or a price reduction. An error or deficiency must be reclaimed within one month of the product being received. The complaint must be made using the return form on the own orders page.
A complaint about a fault or defect must be made within one month of receiving the product. The complaint must be made using the return form on the My Orders page.

Please note that you must report the complaint via the return form via the link above so that we have all the information we need to process the complaint. Simply phone call, email, product return or not picked up is not enough. If you do not report the return via the form link above, we will not be able to process the complaint.

We will process the complaint within five working days, after which we will contact you. If a complaint is justified, we will send a return package sticker by email for you to print out, after which you can return the product in accordance with instructions section 6. Return shipment.

If the complaint is unfounded and the product is returned to us as a complaint more than 14 days after you have received it, we will unfortunately have to charge you for shipping costs and any depreciation due to wear or broken original packaging. Please note that products returned to the Rakennusapteekki must be packed in original packaging. The product, documents and original package must be as sold i.e., complete and in mint condition. Remember also that damage is not covered by the warranty if the product is damaged by a user error (operating and handling errors), changes, defects in the installation of the product or gross misuse.
Please note that products returned to the Building Pharmacy must be packed in original packaging. The product must be shipmed completely. Therefore, pack all accessories, written products and the like that came with the product related to the product to be reclaked.
Also, remember that damage is not covered by the warranty if the product has been damaged by a user error (operating and handling errors), changes, defects in the installation of the product or gross misuse.

We only accept complaint-related packages sent to Rakennusapteekki's using the return address tag sent to the customer.
Please note that corporate customers have a 12-month warranty. The shipping costs of refunds are paid by the corporate customers themselves.

10. Dispute resolution

We primarily try to resolve all disputes with the customer by e-mail or telephone. In case of disagreement, contact us at [email protected]. If we are unable to find a solution, you can contact Finnish consumer advice or the EU consumer center, where you can get advice on questions related to trade and EU legislation. In international trade, the legislation of the country where the product was purchased applies.
