Rakennusapteekki is selling Mikola's house from 1768, which was moved to Billnäs ruukki in 2001. The building is unique with a Carolinian room layout and each room has a new brick fireplace, 6 tiled stoves from 1820-1910, a kitchen stove and a pot oven. Many interesting details have been preserved and restored in the house. The 245 m2 large building is warmed by geothermal heat. The sale includes a warm outbuilding 25+12 m2 carved from a log.
