Classic doorknobs have been produced until our days. The building pharmacy model was manufactured at the end of the 19th century by Låsfabriksaktiebolaget EA Näsman & Co, in Eskilstuna, Sweden. In brass with number 112 and in bronze No 111. The fullness and roundness of the button is typical of 19th century buttons. Later models are thinner. The button has been used in Sweden and Finland with decorative turned button plates and key plates belonging to the model. This button has been modernized with button shields that are attached with through screws to a modern lock.
The button is also made bigger for exterior doors, No 212. 12-41002-32-9MA
The door handle is made to last for decades. The handle and cover plates are made of solid metal and other parts are made of steel. The plastic hasn't been used. All parts can be purchased as spare parts. The product and packaging can be recycled in all respects.
