Several heat factories in Sweden, Finland and Russia produced Neo-Renaissance buttons at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The models were very popular and several were in production for a long time. The models of the 19th and turn of the century were decorative with pearl decorations and lace-edged cover plates. Niklaus was a novelty that could keep the shoes bright for a long time. This model is from the end of the 19th century and the original manufacturer is Björkbodan Ruukkin Osakeyhtiö. The button is made of cast brass, like the originals, always with a black wooden handle and is delivered polished or nickel-plated with wood screw fastening.

The door handle is made to last for decades. The handle and cover plates are made of solid metalsing and the other parts are made of steel. The plastic hasn't been used. All parts can be purchased as spare parts. The product and packaging can be recycled in all respects.
