Description
The Art Nouveau handle of the Finnish National Theatre was manufactured at the beginning of the last century at Björkbodan Ruukin Osakeyhtiö's factories on Kimitoön Island, Finland. The handle has round cover plates. The original locking pin has been transformed into adjustable mounting screws so that the handle fits a wide variety of doors and locks. Rakennusapteekki's The handles are made using the same casting methods as the originals and the polka dot patterns, as well as the finish, are still made by hand. The current name of the handle is due to the restoration of the Helsinki National Theatre, for which the handle was remanufactured.
The door handle is made to last for decades. The handle and cover plates are made of solid metal and other parts are made of steel. The plastic hasn't been used. All parts can be purchased as spare parts. The product and packaging can be recycled in all respects.
