The Art Nouveau button of the National Theatre was manufactured at the beginning of the last century at the Björkboda lock factory on Kimito island in Finland. This Keyplate is, according to the original, cast from brass and is supplied polished or nickel-plated. Key plates are attached with wooden screws to the door. The current name derives from the restoration of the Helsinki National Theatre, for which buttons and key plates were remade.
